The hotel was clean and in a great location, the problem accrued when I was checking into my room AFTER already making a reservation and paying for it online. The staff was rude and very unprofessional ! She begin to questioning me about my reservation on why I didn’t put the right amount of people and then stated she was going to charge me because it was going to be 4 of us in the room. Which online I asked for 2 double queen beds. And it stated online that the amount of people could be up to 4 max. So that means 2 people per bed. So after that I was charged $10 per person on top of being already charged for the room and incidental fees. Then I also stated I had a service dog It states online and in the hotel policy that they are welcomed and I should not be questioned or have to submit paperwork. Which the hotel worker didn’t follow guidelines she questioned me and asked for paperwork. And also charged me $20 pet fee per night. I’m very upset about the entire experience. And I’m very mad about how much I had to pay. I would like for someone to call and reach out to me ASAP concerning this issue PLEASE !
