Instead of having guests with pets stay on the first floor for quick & easy access outside for pets to go potty, all guests with pets must stay on the 2nd floor. What's weird is they then had the 3rd floor for guests without pets so those guests had to ride the elevator with guests with pets. WHY? I'm sure 3rd floor guests don't appreciate sharing an elevator with pets. Having to wait on the elevator to take dogs out to potty was slow and though there were stairs at each end of the floor, being 65yo with 2 hyper dogs on leashes trying to walk down and up the stairs with a chance of falling was not an option so I had to wait for the one elevator. Also, their luggage carts are a joke as they are small and barely hold anything. Besides my own luggage, I had two large pet crates, two small dogs that I couldn't put in the crates because the crates would have been too heavy to carry (crates are HEAVY empty let alone with a 10 lb and 20 lb pet in each crate) so they were each on a leash, had their dog food, and food and water bowls, and two shoulder bags I needed to take in to work on in the evening, it was impossible to get it on their carts. This is the first time I've ever seen these half sized carts.
