A 350-foot, glass-faced pyramid crowned by a vertical light beam is the central feature of this Egyptian-themed hotel. Rooms features vary by style and location. The Towers offer the most upgrades. The sideways traveling Pyramid Tower elevator is always a treat, but the rooms in this section are the most modest. 4397 units, some two bedrooms. 22-30 stories, interior corridors. They didn't explain the room fees well. These were suppose to come bak to me and didn't. And I am not talking the resort fees

I messed up my reservation so when I checked in, they said oh, you’re expected tomorrow. Yikes, panic set in quickly!!!! But Pasqual took good care of us and got us a room, AND it was for the full stay so no transfer required due to my mess up. Staff were great, room was great, the weekend….unforgettable! Thank you!!!
The elevators (that do work) are super slow, incredibly glitchy and on multiple occasions missed floors when the buttons were clearly selected. Only 2 of the 4 Blue elevators worked the entire time I was there. Even the staff commented they knew it was a long standing, ongoing problem.
The rooms could use a little updating.
