Was a beautiful hotel view from our 4212 room was so beautiful. Needs a little better house keeping mold in top of sink and around the bath tub corner of floor need attention. Son was in 4210 also very nice view. Also needs attention torn carpet drapes hanging off for cost of rooms should not have these issues.

We showed up @ 12 noon and told that check-in was @ 4pm. By 1 pm we were in our room on the 43rd floor...and what a view. Our view was One World Tower, Oculus and the Memorial. A great location.
The entry to the hotel is beautiful, but that’s the only thing good about this hotel. The rooms could use some updates, even though they are spacious. A double room does not have queen beds, they are full size beds. Only 1 of 4 elevators worked, making us wait 10 mins to get off the elevator. It’s a $35 charge if you want a refrigerator or microwave in your room. The service is okay, we called for towels and never received them after waiting 2 hours. Paying $1k for 3 nights, this hotel is maybe worth half of that cost.
Friendly Staff, great location to public transit and many good dining options. Rooms were clean after coming back from a long day of exploring. We checked in late into the evening and they were able to accommodate us and get us into our room without any hiccups. luggage storage on the day of checkout was another item that we valued when looking for places to stay. the views from the room were incredible looking out onto the Hudson with the One World Trace Center and WTC South Tower memorial in the foreground. If I return to the city, I would happily stay here again.
