Room AC was not working on arrival. Staff told me it is a known issue. Room was 80 degrees.They would not change rooms. They gave us a fan and a discount. Fan in window causes light leaks, brigjt light in our eyes. Not what we signed up for. Parking lot is at a nighmare angle. Car next to us chipped our cars fender. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Last minute booking. Very affordable and easy check in process. Was not billed till we arrived at the hotel. The hotel itself may not have been 5 stars but the customer service and AAA booking process made it a 5 star experience.
