Modern, bright one-bedroom apartments and studios are offered at the oceanfront high-rise. The stylish pool overlooks the beach and features a cabana bar complete with fire pits and fountains. The sky-high fitness center offers panoramic views from the 18th floor and an extensive array of equipment. Luxurious bi-level penthouse suites have stunning views and floor-to-ceiling windows. Smoke free premises. 347 units, some two bedrooms, efficiencies and kitchens. 18 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

I don't even know where to start. I reserved an "ocean view" suite. Checked in, got to our room, went to look out and all I can see is the pool. Went back downstairs, found out that they also have an "ocean front" room which wasn't listed when I made our reservation. The ocean is visible if you lean over the balcony railing and look to the left. No where on the website did it mention this. The front desk "upgraded" us to an ocean front room free, but when we got there it was not clean. Bed linens a mess, rags on the dresser, bathroom not clean. Immediately called to tell them we would be going back to our original room and will be down to talk to the manager. When we go there he was not least bit apologetic, basically telling me that because we didn't like our first room, he had done us a favor by upgrading us. At this point I was done, it had already been a long day. We went back to our room to relax. Not long after, the manager came knocking to apologize and offer us another room. We declined, as we didn't want to repack our belongings and move again. This room was clean but it has white patches where holes had been repaired. Throughout the night, the heating/ac unit made so much noise it kept us up, to the point we turned it off altogether just get some sleep, regardless of our comfort. Lastly, there is a resort fee charge of $25+ that covers internet, self-parking, the gym, the pool, etc. This fee was not disclosed when I made the reservation. The hotel listing does not state that there is a charge for self-parking, just for valet. If parking at the offsite garage is included in the resort fee, it should not be listed on the website as free. Beware before making your reservation at this hotel.
