This hotel sits on a perfect stretch of sandy beach. Many first floor rooms feature large patios with comfy padded loungers while bi-level loft suites offer second- and third-floor balconies. Breathtaking oceanfront views are best enjoyed on one of the hammocks or numerous lounge chairs set up on the lawn. Guests are often found unwinding with a game of corn hole or sitting in the hot tub and listening to the waves crash from the private beach just below. Smoke free premises. 90 units, some efficiencies. 3 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The second room we got was conducive to our needs and service was excellent from the cleaning staff. However, our first room was amazingly appalling. It was actually a suite with full kitchen capabilities, which were unnecessary. To get to the room we had to go behind the office desk, enter a doorway to a flight of steps. Then proceed to "bump" our luggage up the steps to enter the room (which had a door which stuck and had to be pushed on heavily to allow it to open). The most dissapointing thing is that the travel agent told up we would be on a second floor with a balcony facing the ocean. Our view was the canopy over the office. The trade gave us a ground level room with visibility of the ocean. The manager took care of this the next morning after our first night's stay. He was very responsive to our concern and got us another room. We had to pay another 100.00 to move.

Unclean room, with no real hot water. Ants in the kitchen. The sliding screen door is broken. Refrigerator dented and off balance.

Leaking in bathroom. Manager not around. Front desk said they couldn’t call him. No one around to fix the issue. AC wasn’t working. I had to tell them to change that batteries in the thermostat.
