!) The bathroom floor needed a much, much better cleaning. 2) Upon check-in, the hotel wanted a $40 credit hold on my credit card for "incidentals." The room did not have a mini-bar so it was and still is not clear what kinds of "incidentals" could be covered for $40. 3) Upon checkout, I was not able to get an itemized statement of charges - all that showed was a one-line item of "0." The explanation given was that AAA had booked my reservation through Experian and I would need to contact them for a statement. Very irritating! I didn't know that AAA used a second or third tier booking process. 4) The hotel did not have a working computer setup that I could use to print a boarding pass. After some time of tinkering with it, the hotel clerk got to a point where she said "it should work." I subsequently could not get it to work and finally just printed a pass at the airport - which took more time and hassle!
