The central location is ideal if you want to take in a lot of the city during your stay. The stylish, oversize guest rooms offer all the comforts of a small apartment. Public spaces are shared with the Courtyard by Marriott, but a private breakfast and sitting space with key access is reserved for guests of the Residence Inn. Smoke free premises. 108 units, some two bedrooms, efficiencies and kitchens. 10 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

I bought what I thought would be a great hotel and impress my daughter. We walked into a room with a giant over the range type microwave sitting on the edge of the pull out couch we planned on using. There was another full size microwave installed over the counter in the kitchen area so not sure what the point of this was. Not only was it a huge eyesore first thing seen opening door but was very worried it would fall on our heads. Not the room I paid hundreds of dollars for. The next part was not the hotels fault but Kansas City was a dump (very dirty) and almost nothing was open after 10:30pm after we checked in. We were out by 8am. Hour ton$ value was very low. I went onto Marriott Site and left my concerns. They did not respond.
