The hotel is located in a quiet spot near Disney Springs; slightly away from the hustle and bustle. Spacious rooms offer homelike amenities with a full kitchen, a living area and large closets. During downtime visit the inviting pool area which features a fire pit, grills and water falls. Smoke free premises. 210 units, some two bedrooms, efficiencies and kitchens. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

They have clean rooms; plenty of towels and bathroom supplies; wonderful full size refrigerator as well as kitchen utensils/dishes/etc. Parking is pretty good, even if returning after 11 PM. The biggest issue is charging the guest $24/night to park in their parking lot.
The shuttle service was was almost always 15-20 minutes late at this residence inn. The hotel had no fruit with exception of bananas. (I have a banded stomach and the portion I would have had to throw out because of not being able to eat it would have been a waste of food). And the tempeture setting on the dryers of medium high should perhaps be lowered a few degrees as some of my clothes shrunk a full size. They were a bit more pricey than the SeaWorld Residence Inn I usually stay at when we go to Orlando. They have a little more variety during the breakfasts and a different shuttle service which h did not charge for a service to Universal Studios. And the tv's in our room constantly had to be rebooted as they constantly kept cycling and trying to "reconnect". Other than that, it was a good location, very nice room, and near Disney Springs and other restraunts.. We had tried to book at SeaWorld first (it is closer to my son's godparents house than this one) but this one was available so we took it. The peop.e there are great as well. I will still book Residence Inn when we travel down to visit family and friends though as I think they meet our needs better than anyone else.
