The lady clerk did not show me exact location of my room 138. I had to go out and have her show me the hidden location. Next the plastic key and folder gave no information how to work the clear (no instructions) key. Next the door was jammed tight. And finally the inside security lock had to be hit with my shoe to get it to turn and lock. Dor $120+ /nite they gotta do better.
