Upon check-in, I received an eAlert that my credit card was charged more than the previously quoted cost of my stay. Upon inquiry, I was not informed until the next day by the front desk manager, that there was a temporary hold placed on my credit card for possible incidentals. I was surprised since I was not informed beforehand of the hold nor was I informed that the charge would be processed upon check-in instead of check-out.

Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Be cautious if your booking a non smoking room, might have been a smoking room and nothing was ever deep cleaned.
