This property has comfortable guest rooms with excellent flat-panel televisions. The hotel is located on the south end of town with convenient access to Carlsbad Caverns. Smoke free premises. 64 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

1.Check-in was not easy with a large group blocking the entrance and the parking space, making it bit intimidating. Hotel staff didn't seem to care. 2.Bathtub was clogged and was not fixed until I escalated the issue and reminded them couple of time. Excuse was, the service man was off! 3.Laundry area didn't have quarter dispenser. Reception staff won't help either to get quarters. 4.Breakfast items lacked bread, and oat meal. 5.The hotel guests seem to be male (industrial workers) dominated and bit intimidating for women.
