The room was completely dirty unsanitary ,bathroom was even filthy, bars of soap unwrap and used, toilet had stool matter in toilet , towels had stains, front desk had no concerns about cleaning issues … my race had a big factor on my complaints… had the nerve to ask me what country I was from and race
There was only one person working the evening we checked in. The poor guy had to clean a couple of rooms and check people in. He was doing everything he could with a smile on his face! At breakfast, the poor girl taking care of it was trying to keep up with everything . They really need more help! The room was clean and comfortable. I don’t think we’ll stay here again.
