Friendly staff, clean hotel, wonderful breakfast with flavored creamers. Morning shuttle was great, not so much the night shuttle.

Overall the hotel was great due to location, staff, cleanliness, and free breakfast. Small issue occurred overbooking but staff took care of the matter without much ado.
The hotel was just OK. I had stayed here before, so I was familiar, but this experience wasn't as good. The Breakfast is gross, by the way. No waffles, as promised on the weekends. Just eggs and Candian bacon or polish sausage slices. One of the cups of coffee had a ton of grounds in it (no filter?). Anyway, I also had an awful encounter with Miriam at the front desk, perhaps the rudest, meanest, nastiest encounter I've had EVER. I did report her to management. However, she should reevaluate her purpose in life and do something that doesn't involve interacting with the general public. I was also not given the room I reserved, again, having stayed here before, I knew what level/type of room I wanted to stay in.

I’ve given this hotel a 2 star review purely base on the noise level from the nearby interstate. The traffic was so loud throughout the night I could hear it over the AC unit. Avoid this hotel if a light sleeper or secure a room on opposite side of highway.
