Main reason was the staff. LaVern really helped me when I was leaving. I couldn't find a folder - she sent someone up to the room, I went up to the room, I went through my luggage - then she asked if she could go through my briefcase and immediately pulled out my folder................ I was embarrassed. But this is just one of the problems she helped me with. LaVern is a great asset to Marriott.
