Hotel was clean and service was friendly and professional. The beds were super comfortable and the A/C worked really well (during the blistering heat wave.) We were left puzzled by the housekeeping situation. One person told us to just leave the do not disturb sign out if we didn't need our sheets changed, then another told us housekeeping was only by request (?). No instruction on how to get our in-room coffee replenished.

Couldn't find reservation at check-in, problems with shower pressure, other things not functioning properly, never told us no housekeeping unless requested so went 2 days without. Promised refund for 1 night of stay but never processed it. Ultimately received credit from AAA. Stay away!
