I would not recommend booking through AAA. I paid in full in advance for my hotel reservation, but apparently AAA just makes their reservations through Expedia so the hotel charged me an additional fee and tax of $35 without authorization. The hotel would not remove the charge when asked about it. For the 'real' price and service, the hotel stay was not worth it.

The message light on the phone was blinking when we arrived. We could not locate a message. It took 2 people coming to the room before the 2nd man fixed it and we had to remind them to send up the 2nd man the next morning. I covered the phone with paper so I would not see the blinking red light all night. Saturday night at 10:00, blaring, loud, live music attacked us. The room literally vibrated with the sound. I called the desk and was told the music was on the floor above us and would end at 10:30 or 11:00. It ended at 11:08. Then they began moving furniture. I heard the last thump of furniture at 12:40. This was bad for my husband and myself. We were traveling with our daughter and 7 month old grandchild. All this racket woke the baby and kept her up. IF they are going to have loud music and furniture moving, they should put people in a part of the hotel where it can't be heard. We are very angry.
