I hate the fact that I signed on to AAA for a specific hotel chose it and prepaid for it only to show up to what I thought I selected through AAA, and found out it was to this hotel way out and through Expedia. I absolutely do not like that company, their rules and customer service is horrible and that’s when you can get in touch with them. I will think twice about using AAA again to book a hotel, you guys are becoming sell outs to these horrible companies like Expedia and hotels.com It’s almost not worth it to keep my AAA membership as my insurance offers the same services. Very, very disappointed ☹️
