Posh rooms occupy the lower floors of this 1929 Art Deco tower that started life as an office building. Upscale bedding and spa-like bathrooms with plush bathrobes are offered in all rooms. Most rooms have king beds, and many have an electric fireplace, jetted bathtub or both. A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily in the elegant morning room adjacent to the lobby. Enjoy an evening cocktail in the lobby lounge, or hop on the elevator to take in the views of the falls from the 19th-floor observation lounge.
