All guest rooms are attractively furnished with dark hardwood furniture and photographic art of the Ohio University campus. The baths offer barn door entrances and nice amenities. This inn offers traditional hotel rooms as well as large one-bedroom suites with comfortable sitting rooms. The inn is within walking distance of a small retail and restaurant block as well as the university. Smoke free premises. 139 units. 3 stories, interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The hotel had a strange layout, where as you walked down the hallway you would encounter a set of 3 to 4 stairs, which made it impossible to use the hotel luggage cart and difficult for rolling luggage. The hallways had a strange smell to them and were very dark. The place seemed dated. The room itself was nice and it was clean, but the bed was not very comfortable. I did not eat in the restaurant and bar that was located in the hotel, but it did look pretty nice. If I was in the area again I would try to find a different hotel.
