Our room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property location has a great with wonderful decks and views. However, I was disappointed with several things. Our shower was missing one of the glass sliding doors. I didn't discover this until I was in the shower. I had to use a towel and mop up water from the floor as a result. Housekeeping came to our room, made the beds and left fresh towels. However, not all of the trash was emptied, the coffee pods were not refilled, and the tissues were not replenished. Finally, I contacted the hotel through their website after my stay to let them know about my disappointment. I even mentioned that I prefer to contact them directly rather than leave a public review. After more than a week, I've received no response from the hotel.
