dead spider in shower, not removed until 2 more complaints floor boards warped had to get fresh towels myself everyday; no one ever picked up dirty towels outside or inside my room foam pillow promised, not delivered, then told none existed, next day I asked again and one was delivered on/off noise outside constantly overnight
