Terrible customer service
I RSVP two rooms and I and my family were really amazes and please with this hotel.
It's wonderful to hear that you and your family were so pleased with this hotel!
There was blood on the pillowcase and they sheets were torn. we contacted the hotel front desk about the issue and said they would send someone right away. It took them 45 minutes to come to the room after calling 2 more times. The manager then LEFT the sheets for us to put on the bed by ourselves. They forgot to add towels, they brought us some and it look like they had a poop stain on them. Absolutely foul. The front desk were dismissive and unorganized. Would definitely not be going back, not worth saving a couple of bucks. I have attached pictures for proof.
