Located in a quiet area, the hotel is a short drive from the Garden of the Gods. Apartment-style rooms feature contemporary, artistic photos and bathrooms have small granite vanities. Smoke free premises. 94 kitchen units, some two bedrooms. 3 stories, interior corridors.

The hotel is either understaffed or managed by an incapable manager. Upon arriving, the front office is hard to find with inadequate parking facilities. Check in was easy enough, but the lobby was tired and unkempt. Rooms were standard, but the televisions don’t work very well and are slow to start. The pass through doors are not insulated and aren’t very thick, meaning you can hear everything from the other room. Breakfast in the morning was lackluster and the staff member in charge of it didn’t empty the garbage (which is a reoccurring theme), didn’t empty the drip tray for the juice machine causing spills all over the cabinets and the floor, and didn’t keep the food stocked. When this was brought up to the manager a staff member wearing PAJAMAS arrived to complete the tasks. Most alarming was the lack of emptying garbage cans throughout the entire facility. At the entrance to the building with our room, several rodents were spotted jumping out of the full trash can and disappearing within a hole in the exterior wall.
The main problem is that the room for breakfast is way toooo small to accommodate the many people at the motel. This needs to be changed!!
