I didn’t have high expectations but this place couldn’t even get that far. I booked this place because they said they a pool. There is a pool but no water. It looks like they emptied it for Covid 2 years ago & never refilled it. They also say they have a cold breakfast but the sign said sorry not today. What does it take to go to Safeway & buy some donuts. The tv signal quit about 4:30. We finally complained about 8 & were told they would fix it in 20 minutes. It wasn’t fixed. All the signage said to return keys to the office. No one was there. When the clerk finally appeared after ringing the bell repeatedly, she was annoyed. The other woman who was after was asking if they finally had towels. Apparently, there weren’t any when they checked in. Our room had two queen beds - made it wall to wall bed with not much room for luggage. It seemed clean but paint was peeling in the bathroom. I am surprised that Wyndham would want to put its name on this place. We were supposed to return this week. We cancelled.
