I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. Simply put, I did not find this hotel trustworthy. To begin: Reported a need to repair the toilet seat first thing in the morning. Returned later in the day to find the issue was not repaired. The desk promised an agredd upon compensation. Instead, they charged me for something I did not purchase. Sent an email complaining about the increased charge and their failure to compensate me. Today, I found my card was credited for the additional charge but failed to reimburse me for the agreed upon amount.
This hotel is old. The ice machine looks as if it cultivate salmonella. The couch was sunk in. My husband is pretty sure, he saw drug activity across the street.
This hotel was so dirty, our blankets were so smelly. Si sad to give such a bad review but being honest. This was the worst night terrible area.
