Air conditioner full of dust & dirt and when heat was turned on burning embers flew onto the carpet and set the smoke detector off. Maintenance person said this happens every fall as no one cleans the AC after summer use. Manager was to come to unit with maintenance person next morning but never did. No offer made to reimburse rent or rectify situation.

My wife needs a hair dryer and the room was supposed to come with one. It was not there. When she called the front desk to request one, she was told sorry, we don't have any more. Also, requested regular coffee pouches for the room, but was told they only have de-caf.
