Enjoy the convenience of being near Disney Springs and the theme parks. The modern rooms are comfortable and offer adequate move-about space. Rooms upgrades are available at the adjacent tower hotel. The charming lobby has plenty of seats and a kids center, which makes it a great place to join up with family and friends. On select days of the week, kids can enjoy the excitement of having breakfast with Disney characters. Smoke free premises. 394 units. 5 stories, exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Our room felt a little damp, it is a little older. but overall was fine.
Hotel was reasonably priced and is probably closest hotel to Disney Springs. Literally, a 5-minute walk to get to the Springs. The room was very clean but may be showing its age. The drain in the tub was very slow. Every shower led to an "over the ankle" water depth in the tub. The shower/tub valve was difficult to turn on and completely off. Normal pressure left the tub faucet dripping rapidly. The elevators were sketchy. Sometimes, the pressed floor would be skipped, sometimes the elevator wouldn't move. We jokingly said they were haunted. As is now a common practice it seems everywhere, I'm not crazy about the "hidden" fees. These fees add another almost $60/night to the advertised room fee. Also, if you are a smoker, be aware that the Disney Springs map they give you is outdated. It reflects the old "permitted" smoking areas, not the updated sites.
The walls were thin, we could hear the people next door who were talking loudly late at night.

Very clean, convenient. Staff helpful though not very efficient, long check-in wait. Very expensive breakfast buffet, alternative snacks in lobby coffee bar fairly poor quality
