We were not able to get an early check in, we were told the hotel was sold out. Upon our arrival at checkin time, we were handed off to several different employees before anyone could check us in. There were police in the parking lot and hotel for the duration of our stay but we were never told why. We found out after checking out that there’s a nightly reception but still unsure of the details. The check in process definitely needs some tuning up. As someone who works in hospitality, this was poor customer service. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, and easily accessible with lots of parking.
