This attractive lodging has an upscale, Western-theme lobby. The interior corridors are illuminated with deer-horn lamps and clay tile floors. Eight suites include rustic bunk beds. Guest rooms are located in several buildings that surround a large and beautiful pool area. Check out the oversize chandeliers in the lobby made from real iron brands. Smoke free premises. 190 units. 2 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.

Ceramic tile floor, we cleaned a small spill and the paper towel came out filthy. Just walking on the floor barefoot caused our feet to be filthy. Bed was so soft we both woke up with a sore back. Planned to stay 7 days, checked out after the first day.
Hotel is nice. Staff is great. Rooms were average. Did not get a "Fireplace Room" even though that's what was booked and front desk staff said we had. Very dated hotel. Outdoor common areas need to be addressed (made better). Young (20 something staffer) was exceptional. Surely better options in Kerrville.
