The brainchild of chef Brian Malarkey, a finalist on ABC’s Top Chef, this La Jolla eatery focuses on pairing fresh seafood and meat with seasonal produce to create dishes that bring out the flavors of both. Cold starters include local ceviche and ahi poke. Sandwiches, salads, flatbreads and entrées may feature black cod, red snapper, scallops, New York steak and more.
