The mesmerizing views are sure to cast a spell and should contribute to a relaxing dinner. The rotating menu based on the seasons is creative, and presentations are thoughtful and artistic as are the hand-crafted cocktails. Menu items may feature risotto with foraged mushrooms, glazed elk rack, pan-seared steelhead with maple hazelnut gastrique, Cedar River rib-eye, coconut red curry mussels and much more. A decadent dessert is a prime way to finish the evening. The last seating is at 9 p.m.
