- For insurance and licensing purposes, we are unable to accommodate individuals who, at the time of booking or arrival: Are pregnant, Have physical or health limitations or disabilities that would prevent them from safe operation of an e-bike, Weigh more than 350lbs, Appear intoxicated or under the influence, Are unable or unwilling to sign our pre-tour liability, media, and copyright waiver. Please keep these restrictions in mind prior to booking. We uphold this platform's cancellation and non-refundable policies and procedures.
