Vineyards are plentiful in the area; harvest time is generally the last 2 weeks in September. More than 30 area wineries offer tastings; for more information contact the Prosser Visitor Information Center. Vintner's Village, off I-82 exit 80 at 100 Merlot Drive, is made up of a dozen wineries spread out over a 32-acre site; phone (509) 786-7401.
