Deadwood
Legalized limited-stakes gambling returned to Deadwood in 1989 as a source of income to spruce up the town, and many buildings have been restored to their original condition. Theodore Roosevelt Monument, on Mount Roosevelt, is 4.5 miles west off US 85.
