We stayed three nights in Nashville.We asked about and joined the BW pay for two nights and get a third night free program.We stayed at another BW in Staunton,VA.They did not honor the program.
It was clean, it was convenient, it had a nice shower, but you had call to get ice, the room was not as warm as we wanted, it was small with not enough room for clothes, only a desk with one chair and no table. The best western we stayed at later had twice the room and cost less. We were not dissatisfied but underwhelmed, one person said we were limited to drinking water, then another told us we could have all we wanted on our last day, wish we could have seen her the 1st day!
