This budget-oriented property is conveniently located near golf courses and recreation spots and is not far from downtown. Rooms offer choice of king or double bed and many have pull-out sofas. 98 units, some efficiencies and kitchens. 2 stories (no elevator), interior corridors.

Overall facility, particularly our room and the carpeted hallways were fairly dirty. One of the 2nd floor hall ways had a strong vomit odor.. The last time I stayed at was hotel was 4 years and and it was ok then but has really deteriorated since then. Also the bedding sheets and bedspread had stains on them although it appeared they had been laundered.
The hotel was Dirty,. The bathroom faucet kept falling off. No place for a group of people to hang out or to eat if you brought back food to the hotel.
