The resort's 28 lushly landscaped acres offer a tranquil setting within the busy International Drive area. Rooms and bathrooms offer upgraded accommodations and décor elements. Multiple pools and lawn games are among the amenities found in public spaces. Expanded meeting facilities can accommodate various meeting configurations and unique demands. Seaworld and Aquatica are nearby. Smoke free premises. 1042 units. 2-17 stories, interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Extra Hotel Fees 1. Didn’t info of exact fees. $30 parking fee, and resort fee $25 Resort Fee included breakfast vouchers, 2 bottles of water, shuttle cost to Sea World. 3-day stay at this hotel cost additional $181 in extra fees. We paid over $550 to stay at this hotel. Staff- Front Desk staff was very rude and defensive about paying extra charges that didn’t appear until after we checked-in hotel. Hotel/Room Hotel is old and dated. Room was partially Renovated with old damaged furniture. Room smelled and floors were dirty, I had black dirt coming off my feet in the shower. Breakfast line was very long with 60 people waiting to be seated inside , so we had to sit outside.

Hotel itself was nice, but the rooms are small for the cost. A surprise "resort fee" and a charge to actually park on site are both unexpected and predatory. The staff were all very friendly, however

Hidden parking and resort fees. My wife was bit by bed bugs and management refused to do anything about it. Other people on google reviews complaining about the same thing.

Booking with AAA was easy. Our hotel was top rated and for good reason. The hotel was clean and beautiful. It has all of the amenities. The best part was the friendly and courteous staff. We will stay there again for sure!
