The front desk when o first checked in were very rude and unhelpful. Had no idea that there was nowhere to park to even check in. The only reason I gave it 1 star is that the valet parking attendants were nice

Wow the staff was wonderful, this was the only upside of the hotel! First of all the hallways of the hotel was like being in a sauna, they were hotter than outside. My room had no face towels so had no face towels at all! The pillows that was supposed to be on the couch was on the floor behind the couch which means the housekeeper didn’t fully clean or restock the room as should. The location was central to everything however, trying to get rest is almost impossible, there is so much noise outside and sooo many homeless people in the area. There was a woman outside screaming almost everyday.

Great location. Friendly staff. Humidity levels in corridors extremely high. Drainage in sinks was really slow. Breakfast buffet was super crowded and food was always empty.

Hotel was decent, but they only had one luggage cart that was never available so be ready to haul your luggage
