The Hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing. The rooms were amazing. Only issue was that there was a baby roach in the kitchen area near the sink.

Everything was clean and the staff very helpful. The proximity to Univerdsal is what attracted us. We loved the bar and the poor area. The only thing we didn't like were the scrambled eggs at breakfast. They seemed to be made from powdered eggs, certainly not fresh.
