This may seem harsh, but sorry, no stars here; I had to check one or it wont send the review. We booked a "deluxe room with a view" and they stuck us in a room with a view of the vending machine and electrical meters. After complaint, they moved us to a room that looked shall we say, horrendous. Dirty carpet, no phone, I had to hook up the TV, half a roll of TP, nightstands falling of walls, missing electrical covers, shot out "closet" and I could go on. 330+ a night with a "resport fee." No shuttle, desk unmanned before 9 and after 7 and a generally miserable walk up two steep hills to get there. Don't believe me? Look at these photos and then go to YELP. Notice I'm not the only one. The ad on the computer at AAA looked wonderful though. Not thier fault at AAA at all, but a misrepresentation on behalf of the facility.
The hotel was run down on the inside. Stove dirty. Counters chipped. Carpet run down and dirty. Pots should be thrown out. Couch dirty.
