This family-friendly café in downtown Cary features the flavorful cuisine of Pakistan and India. Lamb, goat, shrimp, chicken and fish are roasted in a tandoori oven, then served with savory spice and sauce combinations with basmati rice. Variations include korma, tikka masala, vindaloo, saag (spinach) and a lengthy list of biryani. Pakistani specialties, like haleem, a chicken and lentil stew, and nihari, a lamb stew, are featured. A nice list of vegetarian fare is offered.
