- The main difference between a Watersports Car and a speedboat is the type of propulsion. A speedboat is typically powered by an outboard motor. Watersports Cars are designed for greater maneuverability and stability on the water than speedboats and have more convenient controls similar to a land-based sports car.
- Watersports Cars include everything a speed boat is equipped with, such as a braker (kill switch), an engine room blower (to ventilate fumes), and navigation lights for night driving.
