Stains on the ceiling of the room, hallways not clean, parking listed in amenities and then you are charged for parking

We had a late check in and the front desk employee was not very welcoming. He and the other person working were both pretty grumpy and it felt like we were inconveniencing them by checking in to the hotel. Paying for parking was also ridiculous when the parking lot was massive and half of it was coned off.
