The hotel is located across the street from Pasadena City College and walking distance to area restaurants. All rooms are modestly furnished with orange accents; suites add separate living areas. Smoke free premises. 59 units. 4 stories, exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The room was sold as a 2 bedroom suite. While one of the beds was in a separate room, the other bed was in a common area. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature in the bathtub/shower. One of the A/C units was noisy and had to be unplugged. The breakfast had no hot items except for cups of ramen noodles to be microwaved, and coffee. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the refrigerator was larger than most hotels. All rooms had outside entrances, but there was an elevator. The front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful Andy’s Coffee Shop ( about 5 blocks away) was an excellent breakfast alternative
