The place was dirty and smelly, the entry doors to bring in luggage from the car didn't work with our room key, the pool was tiny and overcrowded, the fitness center was closed for renovations, the breakfast was nasty, only one person working the desk and lots of people waiting for help constantly. Directions given us to drive to dinner were just plain wrong.
