Very friendly and helpful desk person, very clean and comfortable room and bed. All around great experience, and awesome breakfast. Would go their again in a heartbeat.
Incompetent people staff the front desk. Upon my arrival, I made a point of telling them I had already paid for the room in advance through AAA's reservation service and showed them a paper copy of my reservation to confirm the room had been "Paid in Full". I was assured I would not be charged for the room a second time. Not only was I charged again for it the day I checked in, I was charged a third time for the room the day I checked out. Now, I must go through the laborious and time-consuming process of disputing the second and third room charges and having them removed from my account. I'm obliged to fix the problem that others' ineptitude has created. Needless to say, I'll never stay at the Best Western Inn & Suites in Cooperstown, NY again.
Hotel was dirty and short staffed.

Good value, big room, easy parking. Breakfast was mediocre. Television interface was confusing and made it difficult to find programs I wanted to watch. I'd stay there again.

Great staff. Really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! The rates were great! Great water pressure in the shower. It’s in a shopping mall with a supermarket and a McDonald’s.
