Near the Naval Station Mayport, the hotel features spacious rooms with modern decor and a large luggage bench. The large HDTV is great for watching the expansive channel offerings. Smoke free premises. 60 units. 2 stories, interior corridors.

No shampoo provided in the bathroom. Not the hotel's fault but the guests in the adjoining rooms were very loud past midnight. For some reason, it took 3-4 seconds to change channels on the TV.

Pool was filthy. Poor lighting. No lighting in the bathroom. Carpet was damp with humidity. Air conditioning was terrible. Sent out damp air. The only redeeming quality was the maid service.
