Good service, nice room. Did not like 4PM check-in when most hotels do 3, especially when the card in the room still says 3.
We arrived at the Hotel and asked to check in. The Gentleman at the desk said our room wasn’t cleaned yet. This was after 3:00 pm. & we had traveled 6 hrs. to get to Troy to visit our Grandson in College. We returned three more times to find that the room still was not cleaned. We said we would like to cancel our reservation and the Gentleman said we would be charged for cancelling. I asked to speak with a manager and after several phone calls, they said our room would be ready in 15 minutes. The Supervisor had to clean the room herself! Hopefully, the Hotel will get its act together, since many families look to book rooms in the hotel for College visits & other activities. Parking was very difficult, no spaces available. We had to make our own space. They also gave us a handicapped room, which was not necessary for us. The room was very small.
